Get on the floor for DIFFA

By Rich Lopez

Published on March 29, 2007

I have DIFFA to thank for two things. Because of them, I learned the proper way of opening a champagne bottle and discovered the taste of a high quality chocolate truffle. See? Good things happen to people who volunteer. But I'm here to urge you to buy a ticket for the Dallas chapter of Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS. They put on a super snazzy runway show and the DIFFA designer jean jackets are renowned worldwide. And, of course, fabulous. This time, along with the UPSIDEDOWN 2007 Collection dinner, show and silent auction, the organization adds the Bubble Blast, the ultimate party where you can shmooze with the models and other beautiful people on top of an LED interactive dancefloor (and watch a live feed from UPSIDEDOWN 2007). I bet that's fun after a few drinks. UPSIDEDOWN 2007 will be held Saturday at The Hilton Anatole Hotel, 2201 Stemmons Freeway. Tickets to the Bubble Blast are $50.
