Two-Death Minimum

Solve a mystery at the Improv

By JENNIFER MEDINA

Published on March 13, 2008

Not your parents' dinner theater, the Improv (4980 Belt Line Road, Suite 250) is hosting Tales from the Hood's dinner play Sex, Lies & Desperate Housewives. Dubbed "the Who Done It with Ghetto Flair," the Murder Mystery Theater event sounds like a cliché if I've ever heard one—no wonder it's happening at a comedy club. Turns out, the ladies of Wisteria Lane (or the local approximation) are going to get involved with a pro-baller, so naturally a murder will ensue, and it'll be the audience's job to reveal the killer. Doors are at 6:30 p.m. with the show starting at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Tickets are $15 (not including the cost of dinner/two-item minimum). Call 972-404-8501 or visit improv2.com.
